Accuity – Get a B Guarantee Program

Terms and Conditions

The Get a B Guarantee program (the “Program”) is offered by Division 1 Tutors, LLC (“Accuity”) to eligible students who meet the requirements outlined below. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Program guarantees that a student who fully participates in all required components will earn at least a B (80% or higher) on the covered exam. If a student meets all requirements and does not achieve at least a B on that exam, Accuity will refund the tutoring package cost in full.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Program, students must:

Tutoring Sessions

  • Complete all six (6) scheduled tutoring sessions with an assigned Accuity tutor.

  • Sessions must be attended in full and may not be rescheduled more than once.

Mini Exams and Mock Exams

  • Score 95% or higher on all Chapter Mini Exams within the Accuity course platform.

  • Score 95% or higher on all Mock Exams within the Accuity course platform.

  • Students are allowed unlimited attempts on both Chapter Mini Exams and Mock Exams until mastery is achieved.

Course Videos

  • Watch all video lessons to completion in the assigned Accuity course.

  • Completion is tracked through the Accuity platform.

Packets

  • Complete all chapter packets to completion provided by Accuity.

  • Submit completed packets to Accuity before the close of the exam date.

Timing of Completion

  • All eligibility requirements must be completed on an ongoing basis throughout the course of study.

  • Requirements completed after the student has taken the covered exam will not be considered valid.

  • If all requirements are completed at once within three (3) days of the exam, they will not be considered met for purposes of the Program.

3. Proof of Completion

Students must ensure all requirements are completed within the Accuity platform and/or submitted directly to Accuity staff.

Failure to complete any requirement (e.g., incomplete video viewing, missed exam attempts, late packet submission, or incomplete tutoring sessions) will result in ineligibility for the guarantee.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

The Program does not apply if:

  • The student fails to complete any requirement listed above.

  • The final exam grade is below a B due to non-academic factors (e.g., missing the exam, misconduct, or course penalties unrelated to exam performance).

  • The exam is graded on a pass/fail or satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis.

  • The student withdraws from the course or does not sit for the covered exam.

5. Refund Process

Students who believe they qualify for a refund must notify Accuity within 7 days of receiving their official exam grade.

  • Proof of the exam grade must be provided (screen sharing the student’s grade with a member of the Accuity team over Google Meet or Zoom).

  • Once verified, Accuity will issue a refund of the Program fee within 7 business days.

6. Accuity’s Rights

Accuity reserves the right to:

  • Verify all records of participation, grades, and submission data.

  • Deny refunds where program requirements were not fully satisfied.

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, provided such changes do not affect students already enrolled.

7. Acceptance of Terms

Enrollment in the Program constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
