Cancellation Policy
At Accuity, we strive to provide students with the best academic support for their UCF courses, including ACG 2021, ACG 2071, ACG 3131, ACG 3141, and FIN 3403. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription.
Subscription Renewal & Billing
Our subscription plans renew automatically every 30 days from the original purchase date.
You will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the renewal date, but no further charges will be made after cancellation.
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
Refund Policy
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced an issue with your subscription, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.
Reactivation
If you cancel your subscription but later decide to rejoin, you may reactivate your plan at any time by signing up again. Your new billing cycle will begin on the date of reactivation.
