Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Accuity ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
Affiliates of Accuity will receive 20% of the first payment made by any new customer they refer to Accuity. Payments will be processed through Zelle, Venmo, or similar services as specified by the Affiliate.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- To become an Affiliate, you must complete the affiliate registration process and receive approval from Accuity.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Referral Tracking & Commission
- You will be provided with a unique referral link or code to track conversions.
- A successful referral is defined as a new customer who makes their first payment for an Accuity subscription plan.
- Affiliates earn 20% of the referred customer’s first payment. No commissions are earned on subsequent renewals or purchases.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are approved after the referred customer’s payment is successfully processed and verified.
- Payouts will be made on the Friday following approval via the Affiliate’s chosen payment method (Zelle, Venmo, or similar service).
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure successful transfers. Accuity is not responsible for lost or misdirected payments due to incorrect information.
5. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use misleading, deceptive, or spammy tactics to generate referrals.
- Engage in self-referrals or fraudulent activity.
- Promote Accuity in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Violating these terms may result in removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- If terminated, any unpaid and approved commissions will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.
7. Limitation of Liability
Accuity is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
